Full-Service Event Planning & Styling

Stay Awhile Events & Hosting offers full-service event planning and styling for micro gatherings of 6 to 25 people. Our services include event coordination, RSVP tracking, custom invitations, and day-of management, paired with vintage-inspired dish-ware rentals, table styling, and setup. Instead of piecing together rentals, a caterer, and your own dish-ware, one team handles the planning, the table, and the details in between. We serve Glens Falls, Saratoga Springs, and the surrounding Capital Region, with select availability in southern Vermont.

Beautiful, Not Disposable

Every place setting is carefully selected, sourced piece by piece so your table feels curated instead of disposable. No paper plates, no one-time-use plastic, and no pressure to buy a full set you'll only use once. Just dish-ware with character, used again and again, one gathering at a time.
